Parents-
We want to let you know that it was necessary for the school to go into a lockdown this morning. We were concerned about a truancy issue that had the potential to become emotional. To be safe, we went into lockdown and reached out to law enforcement. Through discussion with law enforcement, and their communication with the individuals involved, we are confident that this matter has been resolved and will not escalate. We just want you to be aware that we did take precautions, but at this point school activities are back to business as usual.
